More than 20 years experience in the field of Human Capital; Bambang Yapri, currently, is serving as Human Capital Director for Bina Karya Prima Group, a prominent fast moving consumer goods (fmcg) company with brands such as, Tropical, Shinzu'i, Zen, Ume, forVITA, Hemart, Fraisweel, Fitri that make life a better living.

Bambang Yapri is an Industrial Engineer, who started his career in Human Capital from learning and development and grew into national and multinational in different industries, shoes manufacturing industry - Panarub Industry, downstream palm oil industry - PT. SMART Tbk., pharma industry - Boehringer Ingelheim, 3M Indonesia, ecommerce industry - Indo Lotte and sugar refinery industry - Samora Group.

He is a Career Coach and Leadership Coach with clients from diverse industries and academic institutions. He was also appointed as General Secretary of Indonesia HR Association (PMSM Indonesia) 2019-2022 and Program Director for International Coaching Federation (ICF) Jakarta Charter Chapter since 2021 He also holds a credential as Professional Certified Coach from International Coaching Federation.
